1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the BuildXTeam platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is designed to ensure a safe, legal, and productive environment for all startup founders.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the BuildXTeam Services to:

2.1 Illegal Acts

Engage in, promote, or provide instructions for any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law.

2.2 Harmful Content

Generate, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.

2.3 Fraud & Deception

Use the AI advisors to generate fraudulent schemes, phishing content, or deceptive business practices.

2.4 Infringement

Use the Services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents) of others.

2.5 Security Interference

Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the platform, or gain unauthorised access to other users' data.

3. AI Interaction Guidelines

To maintain the quality of the BuildXTeam ecosystem, you agree:

• Not to "jailbreak" or attempt to manipulate AI advisors into generating prohibited content.
• Not to use automated scripts (bots, scrapers) to interact with AI advisors unless explicitly permitted via API.
• To report any security vulnerabilities or "hallucinations" that promote harm.

4. Resource Usage

BuildXTeam reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive usage patterns that strain our AI compute resources or negatively impact other users.

5. Violation Consequences

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in:

• Removal of content.
• Suspension or permanent termination of your account.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.
