Transparent Terms for Founders

1. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your BuildXTeam subscription at any time through the Billing Settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. No-Refund Policy

To maintain our commitment to low-latency, high-availability AI orchestrations, Aikya Tech and Talent Solutions maintains a Strict No-Refund Policy.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
Partial month usage will not be pro-rated or refunded.
Top-up Credit Packs are final and non-refundable once purchased.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in events of severe technical failure on our platform side that prevented service delivery for a period exceeding 48 consecutive hours.

Billing Support

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our finance team within 7 days of the transaction.
