Conversations within Boardroom sessions are stored to enable session history, continuity, and feature improvements. Session content may be reviewed by our engineering team in anonymised, aggregated form for quality assurance.

5.3 AI Model Training

We will only use your identifiable session data to fine-tune or train AI models if you have given explicit, separate consent to do so.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
