User Content (Venture Data): We collect the startup ideas, descriptions, and any documentation you provide to the platform.

AI Training & Usage Data: We collect prompts you send to our AI agents and the resulting outputs to improve your experience. Crucially, we do not use your private Venture Data or proprietary prompts to train foundation models without your explicit, written consent.

To provide elite AI capabilities, we partner with industry-leading infrastructure providers. Your data may be processed by:

  • Azure OpenAI / OpenAI: For large language model processing (Enterprise Tier - No training on customer data).
  • Anthropic: For advanced reasoning and Constitutional AI processing.
  • Firebase / Google Cloud: For secure authentication and database hosting.
  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing and credit management.

3. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our architecture ensures logical isolation of venture data between users. While no system is impenetrable, we maintain rigorous internal protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

We strive to adhere to global privacy standards, including principles from GDPR (EU) and CCPA (US). You have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for the deletion of your account and all associated venture data.
