This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation of subscriptions and refund requests for services provided by BuildXTeam a product of aikya tech and talent solutions ("BuildXTeam," "we," "us," or "our") through our platform at https://www.buildxteam.in.

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

BuildXTeam offers the following subscription models:

• Pay As You Go: One-time purchase of credits.
• Plus (Monthly): Monthly recurring subscription with a set credit allocation.
• Pro (Monthly): Monthly recurring subscription with a higher credit allocation.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Self-Service Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

3.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Rule: No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate allocation of AI resources and credits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-cycle.

4.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the following cases:

• Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our part prevented you from using the Services.
• Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period.

5. Pay As You Go Credits

Credits purchased under the "Pay As You Go" plan are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact contact@buildxteam.in for any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

7. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
