Detailed Billing & Credit Terms

1. Billing Cycles

BuildXTeam offers subscription plans (Plus and Pro) billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Aikya Tech and Talent Solutions to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.

2. Credit System

Our platform operates on a "Credit" basis. Credits are consumed for specific AI agent tasks, boardroom sessions, and venture analysis.

Subscription Credits: Allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next month.
Top-up Credit Packs: These credits have no expiration date as long as your account remains active.

3. Taxes and Fees

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST as per Indian tax regulations for domestic users. International users are responsible for any local taxes or transaction fees imposed by their financial institutions.

Secure Payments

All transactions are secured via Razorpay. BuildXTeam does not store your full credit card details or CVV on our servers.
