1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BuildXTeam a product of aikya tech and talent solutions ("BuildXTeam," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the BuildXTeam platform, website at https://www.buildxteam.in, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

BuildXTeam provides an AI-powered advisory platform that enables startup founders to access specialised AI advisors across strategy, marketing, finance, legal, and technology domains.

The AI outputs are informational in nature and do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; or use automated bots/scripts to interact with the Services without authorization.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

BuildXTeam offers tiered subscription plans. Payments are processed through third-party processors (Razorpay / Stripe). We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All content, design, software, and AI systems comprising the BuildXTeam platform are owned by or licensed to BuildXTeam a product of aikya tech and talent solutions.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all startup profile data and session inputs you submit to the platform.

6.3 AI-Generated Outputs

BuildXTeam makes no claim of ownership over AI Outputs generated in your sessions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and AI Limitations

7.1 No Professional Advice

THE AI OUTPUTS PROVIDED BY BUILDXTEAM DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, FINANCIAL, ACCOUNTING, TAX, MEDICAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

7.2 AI Accuracy

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You use AI Outputs at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

BUILDXTEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
