Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated financial models, legal drafts, and market strategies before taking real-world action. BuildXTeam is not an investment, legal, or professional advisor.

3. Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original data, ideas, and prompts you provide to the platform.

Output Content: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildXTeam assigns to you the rights, title, and interest in the outputs generated specifically for your venture.

Platform IP: BuildXTeam, its logos, agent architectures, and proprietary software are the exclusive intellectual property of Aikya Tech and Talent Solutions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aikya Tech and Talent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to business disruption, loss of profits, or data inaccuracies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
